Key Responsibilities
? Serve as a customer advocate by assisting clients with their inquiries and orders through email, phone, and online portals.
? Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely deliveries, keeping customers well-informed throughout the process.
? Partner with buyers and planners to address customer needs and meet vital deadlines.
? Process returns, credits, and execute various customer service tasks with precision.
? Manage customs documentation for international shipments, contributing to a seamless global logistics experience.

Required Skills
? A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, demonstrating expertise in client engagement.
? A strong interest in supply chain dynamics; relevant knowledge is advantageous.
? Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word.
? Familiarity with mainframe systems such as AS/400 is a plus; experience with J.D. Edwards is highly desirable.
? Excellent multitasking capabilities coupled with meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications
? At least 2 years of relevant experience in a customer service environment.
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills to navigate a fast-paced setting effectively.
? A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in Business or Logistics is preferred but not mandatory.
