? Create status and summary reports for account representatives and clients
? Work overtime as needed

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? High school diploma or equivalent required
? 6 months of customer service or call center experience
? Demonstrated analytical skills
? Ability to work independently and adhere to established timelines
? Excellent oral and written communication skills
