Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner through chat support.
• Provide solutions and troubleshoot technical problems related to our products.
• Assist customers with product information, order processing, and account management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our system.
• Meet and exceed performance metrics for quality and efficiency.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements:
• 4 years of experience in customer service or technical support.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong people management skills to effectively interact with customers.
• Proficient in using chat support software and CRM systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
