What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Assist customers with credit-related memberships, services, and product offerings via inbound calls
• Educate consumers on credit bureau processes and guide them on requesting corrections
• Identify customer support needs and either assist directly or forward requests to the appropriate department
• Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and care
• Stay updated on industry trends to provide informed support

What is Required (Qualifications):
• High School Diploma or GED
• At least one year of customer service experience
• Comfortable using a computer for various operations
• Ability to pass a criminal background check, employment verification, education verification, credit check, and drug screening
• Must have high-speed internet service (minimum 25 mbps download/5 mbps upload)

• Familiarity with credit-related services and products
• Previous experience in a remote work environment
