Position Overview

We are looking for a Licensed Therapist (LPC, LCPC, LSW, LCSW, PsyD, PhD) to join our growing practice. This position can be full-time or part-time, and we are also open to considering LPC-Interns for practicum and internship opportunities. We offer flexible hours, including two evenings and at least one weekend day, to accommodate the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
? Conduct individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based psychotherapy techniques.
? Provide crisis intervention and support to clients as needed.
? Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans and goals.
? Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
? Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care.
? Utilize a range of therapeutic modalities, such as art therapy and behavioral therapy, to meet client needs.
? Provide case management services to ensure continuity of care for clients.
? Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify appropriate treatment approaches.
? Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Qualifications
? Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
? Current licensure or certification as a Clinical Therapist.
? Strong knowledge of psychotherapy techniques and interventions.
? Proficiency in medical documentation and record keeping.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
? Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
? Strong organizational and time management abilities.
