Job Description


As an In-Flight Operations Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a safe, friendly, and efficient travel experience for our passengers. You will be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service while performing various tasks, including cabin preparation, passenger assistance, and adherence to safety protocols. This role requires strong communication skills, teamwork, and a passion for providing excellent service.


Requirements


– Must be at least 18 years old


– High school diploma or equivalent


– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment


– Must be able to obtain a valid passport and pass a background check


Responsibilities


– Conduct pre-flight checks and preparations for in-flight services


– Assist passengers with seating, luggage, and special requests


– Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations


– Provide exceptional customer service to all passengers


– Work collaboratively with the flight crew to resolve any issues


– Handle in-flight emergencies with professionalism and efficiency
