Description

As a Client Care Advisor at Amazon Inc., you will play a crucial role in enhancing our customers’ experience. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.

Requirements

– High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred

– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

– Strong problem-solving abilities

– Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

– Customer-oriented attitude with the ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

Responsibilities

– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat

– Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools

– Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

– Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents

– Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Educational Qualifications

– High School Diploma or equivalent

– Additional certifications in customer service or related fields are a plus

Experience

– Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required

– Experience using customer support systems and CRM software is a plus
