Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Technical Writing, Communications, or a related field.


• 3+ years of experience in technical writing or a related field.


• Proven ability to write clear, concise, and accurate technical content.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Experience with documentation tools such as MS Office, Google Docs, and more.


• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.


• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and update technical documents, including user manuals, online help, and API documentation.


• Collaborate with engineering teams to gather and understand technical information.


• Ensure all content is consistent, accurate, and adheres to company standards.


• Review and revise documentation based on feedback from stakeholders.


• Maintain an organized repository of all documentation assets.


• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.


• Provide training and support to other team members as needed.
