• Facilitate engaging and interactive online learning sessions for adult learners.


• Assist learners with questions and technical issues related to the online platform.

• Monitor and evaluate learners’ progress, providing feedback and additional support as necessary.


• Collaborate with other facilitators and staff to ensure a cohesive learning experience.


• Maintain a positive and encouraging learning environment.


• Stay updated with the latest online teaching methodologies and technologies.

**Requirements**

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Previous experience in online teaching or facilitation.


• Proficient in using various online learning platforms and tools.


• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.


• Comfortable with flexible working hours.


• Tech-savvy with reliable internet access.


• Passionate about education and helping others succeed.

**Educational Qualifications**

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field preferred.


• Teaching certification is a plus.

**Experience**

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in online teaching or a similar role.
