**Job Description:**

The Operational Services Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting Disney’s operational units by managing schedules, coordinating logistics, and maintaining clear communication between multiple departments. This individual will ensure that all operational services are executed with high standards and in alignment with Disney? objectives for excellence and innovation.

Responsibilities will include:

1. Coordinating and scheduling meetings and appointments across different time zones.

2. Managing logistics for team projects, including resource allocation and timeline tracking.

3. Assisting in the preparation and distribution of operational reports and presentations.

4. Maintaining and updating operational procedures and documentation.

5. Overseeing the inventory of office supplies and placing orders as necessary.

6. Supporting the implementation of new operational systems and processes.

7. Providing administrative support to operational managers and team members.

This role requires a proactive approach, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

**Requirements:**

1. Proven experience in an administrative or operational support role.

2. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management software.

3. Excellent time management and organizational skills.

4. Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal form.

5. High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

6. Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.

7. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and new processes.

**Educational Qualifications:**

A minimum of a high school diploma is required; a bachelor? degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.

**Experience:**

Previous experience in a coordination or operational support role is highly desirable, particularly within a large, dynamic organization like Disney.
