Requirements

1. Valid Nurse Practitioner licensure in the state of practice.

2. Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in primary or urgent care settings.

3. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).

4. Strong technical skills and proficiency with telehealth platforms.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.

7. Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

1. Provide high-quality virtual care consultations, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.

2. Conduct telehealth visits for a variety of medical conditions, ensuring patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.

3. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

4. Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions.

5. Document patient encounters accurately and promptly in the electronic health record (EHR) system.

6. Participate in continuous professional development and training sessions.

7. Ensure that all telehealth practices adhere to the latest guidelines and best practices.

Educational Qualifications

– Master? or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program.

– Certification as a Nurse Practitioner by a recognized certifying body (e.g., AANP, ANCC).

Experience

– Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a primary care or urgent care setting is required.

– Experience in telehealth or virtual care is highly preferred but not mandatory.
