What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Handle inbound calls to arrange debt repayment based on patient financial situations and repayment guidelines
• Utilize HIPAA and TCPA compliance during calls
• Ensure required statements are sent and request additional statements as necessary
• Manage patient disputes by gathering information and escalating issues when needed
• Assist with outbound calls as required

What is Required (Qualifications):
• High school diploma
• Minimum of six months of customer service experience in a related field
• Ability to manage difficult customer situations and respond promptly to needs
• Strong oral communication skills and ability to listen effectively
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Associate?s degree
• Two years of related experience
