  • **Client Interaction:** Engage with clients through various communication channels (phone, email, chat) to address inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues related to our automotive services.
  • **Problem Resolution:** Analyze client concerns to identify root causes and develop effective solutions, ensuring that client issues are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • **Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored support and enhance their experience with Sonic Automotive.
  • **Collaboration:** Work closely with internal teams, including sales, operations, and technical support, to ensure a coordinated approach to client support and to escalate issues as needed.
  • **Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of client interactions, issues, and resolutions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accessible to relevant team members.
  • **Feedback Loop:** Actively gather client feedback and communicate insights to management to inform product and service improvements.
  • **Continual Learning:** Stay informed about our products and services, industry trends, and competitor offerings to provide the most accurate and relevant information to clients.
  • **Negotiation Support:** Assist clients in understanding service agreements and any other contractual obligations, facilitating negotiations where necessary to ensure mutual satisfaction.

  • **Experience:** Minimum of 4 years of experience in a client support role, preferably within the automotive or related industry.
  • **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field is preferred.
  • **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
