Job Summary:

Delta Airlines is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Airline Crew Attendant to join our team. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $45,000 – $55,000 per year. Working hours will vary based on flight schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Job Description:

As an Airline Crew Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for our passengers. You will provide exceptional customer service, assist with boarding procedures, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Your role is crucial in representing Delta Airlines?ommitment to quality service.

Responsibilities:

– Greet passengers and assist them in boarding and deplaning.

– Conduct pre-flight safety checks and brief passengers on safety procedures.

– Serve food and beverages while adhering to dietary restrictions and preferences.

– Address any passenger concerns or inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.

– Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cabin throughout the flight.

– Work collaboratively with fellow crew members to ensure a seamless travel experience.

– Adhere to all company policies and regulations regarding safety and security.

Requirements:

– High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or customer service is a plus.

– Must be at least 18 years of age.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

– Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

– Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and assist passengers with mobility challenges.

– Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays.

Educational Qualifications:

– High School Diploma or GED.

– Certification in First Aid or CPR is preferred but not mandatory.

Experience:

– Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or airline experience is preferred but not required.
