Job Description

As a Cabin Crew Operations Attendant, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of our passengers. You will be responsible for assisting with the boarding process, providing in-flight services, and maintaining the cleanliness and readiness of the cabin. Your commitment to delivering exceptional customer service will contribute to a positive flying experience for all our passengers.

Responsibilities

– Assist passengers during boarding and deplaning, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

– Provide in-flight services, including food and beverage distribution, safety demonstrations, and passenger assistance.

– Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the cabin before, during, and after flights.

– Monitor passenger needs and respond promptly to requests and inquiries.

– Collaborate with fellow crew members to ensure a safe and pleasant journey for all passengers.

– Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure environment.

Requirements

– High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or aviation is a plus.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.

– Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping others.

– Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

– Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

Educational Qualifications
