As an Amazon Flex Driver, you will be the face of Amazon in your local community, delivering smiles and essential items to customers. You?l be using your own vehicle to deliver packages and will be able to set your own schedule to meet the demands of your personal life. This role is ideal for self-motivated individuals who enjoy working independently and have a passion for customer service.

You will pick up packages from designated Amazon locations and deliver them to customers within a specified timeframe. The Amazon Flex app will guide you through the entire process, from package collection to delivery completion. Requirements

– Must be at least 21 years old

– Possess a valid driver’s license

– Own a reliable vehicle (4-door sedan, van, or larger vehicle)

– Pass a background check

– Have a smartphone (iPhone or Android) for the Amazon Flex app

– Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs

– Strong customer service skills

Responsibilities

– Use the Amazon Flex app to plan your delivery route

– Pick up packages from Amazon delivery stations

– Deliver packages to customers’ locations within specified timeframes

– Follow all traffic laws and safety protocols

– Provide excellent customer service at all times

– Communicate effectively with the Amazon support team

– Handle packages carefully to ensure they arrive in good condition
