As an Amazon Package Driver, you will be the vital link between our customers and their eagerly awaited packages. You will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of packages, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high standard of professionalism while representing Amazon.

In this role, you will use a company-provided vehicle to deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses. You will follow a well-organized route and utilize cutting-edge technology to ensure efficient and effective deliveries.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license


• Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs


• Strong communication skills


• High level of reliability and punctuality


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment


• Experience with GPS and navigation tools


• Must pass a background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Load and unload packages from the delivery vehicle


• Deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses


• Follow designated routes and adhere to delivery schedules


• Provide excellent customer service and interact with customers in a professional manner


• Handle packages with care and ensure they are delivered in good condition


• Maintain accurate delivery records using a handheld device


• Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations
