Job Description

Amazon Delivery Services is seeking dedicated and reliable Parcel Delivery Drivers to join our team in Texas. As a Parcel Delivery Driver, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive their packages on time and in perfect condition. As a Parcel Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for driving a company-provided vehicle to deliver packages to customers’ homes and businesses. You will be expected to work independently, manage your time efficiently, and provide excellent customer service during each delivery.

Requirements

1. Must be at least 21 years old.

2. Possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

3. Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs.

4. Strong time management and organizational skills.

5. Ability to work in various weather conditions.

6. Must pass a background check and drug test.

7. High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

1. Safely drive and operate the delivery vehicle at all times.

2. Use handheld devices for routing information and customer delivery information.

3. Load and unload packages to be delivered.

4. Adhere to all safety and traffic regulations.

5. Provide excellent customer service by interacting with customers in a professional and positive manner.

6. Ensure packages are delivered on time and in good condition.

7. Communicate with dispatchers and managers to report any issues or delays.
