As an IT Support, you will be:
? Collaborating with peers on the deployment of iPads via Intune.
? Utilizing the Intune console to assist with managing iPads.
? Serving as primary point of contact for business stakeholders participating in proof-of-concept exercise
? Performing duties as requested by management.
? Responsible for documenting and troubleshooting any reported issue.
? Developing and maintaining strong relationships within the IT department.
? Developing and maintaining the understanding of Corporate and IT policies and procedures.
? Developing good verbal and written communication skills.
? Developing ?creative thinking? in troubleshooting techniques.
? Developing solid customer service and follow-up skills.
? Complying with defined ITIL processes.
This is a Full-time Contract opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have:
? Experience with ServiceNow preferred.
? Experience supporting iPads in an enterprise environment required.
? Experience working with Intune required.
Pay Rate: $19.00 - $23 per hour.
? Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
