? Maintain precise financial records and generate financial reports.
? Process invoices and manage accounts payable using QuickBooks Desktop.
? Handle weekly reimbursement requests efficiently.
? Organize and manage accounting files effectively.
? Execute weekly check runs and input weekly payroll journals.
? Ensure accuracy in financial records by promptly addressing any discrepancies.
? Present weekly accounts payable reports for timely review and resolution.
? Reconcile monthly bank statements and enter General journal entries.
? Prepare weekly financial reports for management review.
? Assist Tax Accountants with tax filings.
? Track and record expenses accurately.
? Monitor business expenses and revenue, identifying opportunities for growth.
? Manage vendor accounts, resolving inquiries and discrepancies.
? Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements And Skills
? Proficiency in QuickBooks with 3-4 years of experience.
? Familiarity with Paycom is preferred.
? Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
? Self-motivated and capable of working independently or within a team.
? Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
? Minimum of 3 years of bookkeeping and accounts payable experience, preferably in manufacturing.
? Strong understanding of standard accounting principles and practices.
