Job Overview

We are seeking individuals to join our team as BPO Voice / Non Voice Process. This role involves interacting with customers through inbound and outbound calls or non-voice channels. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to provide exceptional customer service. This is a remote position with a work-from-home option, and the job location is in Puducherry, Puducherry, India. Freshers with less than 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.

Qualifications and Skills
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
? Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
? Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
? Good listening and empathy skills
? Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems
? Ability to work independently and in a team
? Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
? Previous experience in customer service or call center is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities
? Handle customer queries and provide accurate information through verbal or written communication
? Assist customers in resolving their complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
? Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers
? Follow communication scripts and guidelines to provide consistent customer service
? Handle customer data with confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies
? Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively address customer queries
? Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets
