Job Responsibilities: ? ??Collect information about data sources, data flows, information consumption, and information production to aid in current state assessments ? Create reports and data content creation to answer business questions ? Data requirements, information sources, and data flows for reports and processes should be traced ? Proactively analyze data to answer important questions from stakeholders or out of self-initiated curiosity about what drives business performance, investigating and communicating areas for efficiency and productivity improvement ? Create project deliverables that itemize and summarize information to aid comprehension and decision making ? Work with team members and client stakeholders to comprehend analytic requirements and deliver actionable insights ? Maintain an opinion on the market's leading data management solutions, such as business intelligence, data governance, data catalog, and data quality solutions

Job Requirements: ? Bachelor?s/Master?s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience) ? At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a data analyst ? Familiarity with the investment management industry ? Expertise in working with common data management operations ? Expertise in Power BI and Tableau is required ? Proficient in design and implementation of both online dashboards and printed page reports are required ? Must be familiar with version control and life cycle management of report artifacts ? Competency in Data modeling for investment data domains, including security master, accounts, holdings, etc., is nice to have ? Knowledge of SQL and Excel skills with the ability to learn other analytic tools is a must ? Familiarity with data management conventions and best practices is preferred ? Strong communication skills
