What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Answer telephones and respond to basic customer questions using established methods provided in training
? Forward calls to appropriate personnel
? Provide knowledgeable responses to basic client questions; elevate more complex cases to appropriate staff as needed
? Solve client problems, update account history, and follow up with clients to confirm resolution
? Adhere to client's SLAs, meet production targets, and collaborate with team members, management, and clients

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Two (2) or more years of customer service experience in any industry
? Knowledge of basic help desk software, computer software, and Microsoft Office applications
? Strong problem-solving skills and customer service skills with an emphasis on written and oral communication
? Ability to understand your role on a team and identify the correct stakeholders to consult to resolve client inquiries

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Experience in a healthcare-related customer service role
? Strong technical skills and proficiency in additional software applications
