Chat Support Representative

Job Description:As a Chat Support Representative at American Airlines Group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued passengers via chat communication. Requirements:
• 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Energetic and enthusiastic approach to work
• Persuasive communication skills to effectively address customer needs

• High school diploma or equivalent
