Job Summary

Job Description
As a Client Assistance Representative, you will be the frontline of Amazon’s customer service operations. Your primary responsibility will be to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. You?l play a crucial role in maintaining the reputation of Amazon’s customer service and operational efficiency.
Requirements
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Strong problem-solving abilities.
– Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
– Proficiency with computers and customer service software.
– High school diploma or equivalent.
Responsibilities
– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat.
– Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
– Provide accurate information about products and services.
– Document interactions and update customer records.
– Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless customer service.

Educational Qualifications
