Client Service Officer

Job Summary

Amazon Inc. is seeking a dedicated Client Service Officer for our Washington State operations. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of $45,000 – $55,000 per year. The role includes a comprehensive benefits package featuring health, dental, paid training, and paid vacations.

Job Description

As a Client Service Officer at Amazon, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our clients, addressing their concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. Your primary objective will be to deliver exceptional customer service and support to help our clients achieve their business goals.

Requirements

– Bachelor? degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

– Minimum of 2 years of experience in client services or a customer-facing role.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

– Strong problem-solving abilities.

– Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Responsibilities

– Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and issues.

– Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

– Identify and address client needs and concerns proactively.

– Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions.

– Prepare regular reports on client interactions and feedback.

– Assist in the development of client service procedures and policies.
