Job Description
Amazon Inc. is looking for a dedicated and experienced Client Support Officer to join our team in California. As a Client Support Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring their inquiries and issues are resolved promptly and efficiently. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
– Provide high-quality support to clients via email, phone, and chat.
– Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly and effectively.
– Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions.
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate resolution of client issues.
– Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
– Follow up with clients to ensure their issues are resolved.
– Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Amazon’s products and services.
Requirements
– Proven experience in a customer support or client-facing role.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong problem-solving abilities.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Educational Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Experience
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer support or client-facing role.
– Experience in the e-commerce or technology industry is a plus.
