Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. As a Customer Service Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services.


Responsibilities



  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.

Requirements



  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Previous experience in customer service or related field.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in computer applications and CRM software.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.


Educational Qualifications



  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.


Experience



  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a similar role.

  • Experience in a call center environment is an advantage.
