Requirements: Candidates who are interested in becoming a Restaurant Manager must have at least three years of experience in a restaurant or food industry-related setting, combined with prior experience leading a team. In addition, effective communication and interpersonal abilities and a talent for coaching and development are necessary, as is the ability to maintain financial controls. The job requires someone with strong analytical skills, a fundamental understanding of mathematics and accounting, and a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. Additionally, the position demands the ability to work varied hours, including weekends, and be accountable to the District Manager.
