As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support to resolve their queries and concerns. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in customer service, sales, and communication. **Responsibilities:** - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing timely and accurate support. - Analyze customer needs and concerns to offer personalized solutions and resolve issues efficiently. - Utilize effective phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport with customers. - Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer issues, ensure customer satisfaction, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. - Use problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues and escalate concerns when necessary. - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer complaints and ensure that all customer issues are resolved to their satisfaction. - Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers. - Continuously update knowledge of our offerings and industry trends to stay ahead of customer inquiries. - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). - Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service, sales, and teamwork. **Qualifications:** - Proficiency in Spanish and English, with a strong preference for bilingual or multilingual candidates. - Proven experience in customer-facing roles or a related field. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions. - Experience with outbound calling and phone etiquette. - Strong sales skills and the ability to upsell and cross-sell products or services. - A positive and empathetic attitude towards customers. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. - High school diploma or equivalent required. Job Type: Contract

Pay: $15.00 - $28.00 per hour
