Requirements



  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office Suite

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

  • Customer service experience is a plus, but not required


Responsibilities



  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, and selecting the best solution

  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers

  • Maintain customer records by updating account information

  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure overall customer satisfaction
