Customer Service Representative(Entry-Level) - Remote | WFH

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Remote Customer Service Representative. In this entry-level role, you'll play a key part in providing excellent customer service, resolving inquiries, and supporting the promotion of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer calls, emails, and chats promptly and professionally. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues with care and precision. High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or degree preferred.
0-2 years of customer service experience; entry-level candidates are welcome.
Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Basic computer skills and comfort with technology.
High attention to detail and organizational skills.
