The Customer Service Representative (Remote) works from home and interfaces with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet. + A high school diploma and/or GED

+ Minimum 6 months of customer service experience required

+ Must have the ability to connect to the internet with an ethernet cord

+ Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking

+ Eagerness to learn new technologies

+ Strong PC knowledge and computer navigation skills

+ Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence

+ The ability to work rotational shifts as needed
