What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Provide solutions to prospective and existing customers regarding service requests, billing, and technical support
• Identify upsell opportunities and recommend the latest technology and services to customers
• Manage a high volume of customer interactions through calls, chats, and emails in a fast-paced environment
• Simplify customer bills and explain service plans and features
• Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with Tier 3 support for complex customer-impacting problems

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Previous call center or customer service experience
• Flexibility to work various schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to maintain a secure and dedicated workspace for remote work
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer-centric approach
• Availability to comply with organizational security and compliance standards
