What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Assist members with pharmacy benefit plans by answering questions regarding prescription insurance and medication coverage
• Take inbound calls and address client inquiries to simplify their healthcare experience
• Receive training to upskill and assist with various call types
• Adhere to HIPAA and governmental compliance standards
• Maintain a secure workspace free from distractions

What is Required (Qualifications):
• 1 year experience interacting with customers
• Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong customer service skills
• Exceptional oral, interpersonal, and communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Associates degree or equivalent experience
• Ability to problem solve in a positive, productive manner
• Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way
• At least 6 months of healthcare experience
