What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Handle inbound customer inquiries and resolve basic support issues, including address changes, customer orders, and billing disputes
? Document all customer interactions and escalate calls to Product Support Specialists as necessary
? Provide excellent customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction
? Work collaboratively as part of a team while also demonstrating the ability to work independently
? Maintain knowledge of the credit, debit, and prepaid debit industry regulations and processes

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Excellent customer service skills, ideally with at least one year of related experience or in a high-volume call center environment
? Knowledge of back-office regulations, processes, and procedures in the financial services sector
? Strong computer skills and familiarity with relevant software
? Detail-oriented with effective interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities
? Reliable, hard-wired internet service and a quiet, distraction-free workspace

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Experience in the banking or financial services industry
? Previous work in a high-volume customer service environment
