What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Professionally answer calls and address caller inquiries, routing calls to the appropriate resources as needed
? Conduct research using available resources to provide required information to callers
? Identify and escalate more complex issues to the research team
? Complete necessary administrative tasks and maintain accurate call logs
? Assist with other projects as assigned by the supervisor

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? High School Diploma or equivalent required
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage high call volumes
? Proficient in using computers and familiar with Microsoft Office Suite
