This role offers a fun, dynamic team environment with growth opportunities and engaging work.Job Description:In this position, you will be responsible for delivering top-tier customer support by processing orders, coordinating shipments, and working with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery. You?ll serve as a liaison between customers and the sales team to provide seamless communication throughout the order process.Key Responsibilities:? Accurately enter customer orders and follow through from start to finish? Organize shipments by coordinating with logistics providers and internal teams? Track orders and handle customer inquiries regarding delivery, adjustments, and credits? Manage contracts and assist with release schedules in collaboration with the sales team? Answer inbound customer calls and provide timely, helpful responses? Maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and customers? Support warehouse operations when neededQualifications:? At least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably within a product-based or call center setting? Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel? Familiarity with ERP systems? Solid arithmetic skills (basic math with decimals)? Strong attention to detail, multitasking, and problem-solving skills?
