What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Obtain and format data from various source systems using tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, and Alteryx
? Collaborate with project leads for data cleanup and mapping from source to destination
? Assist in preparing and formatting Carrier and Employee lists for agency discussions
? Validate data and track conversion issues to ensure data quality and timely completion
? Collaborate with the development team on tooling requirements for conversion projects

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? 2-3 years of experience in Brokerage/Insurance Agency Management Systems
? Bachelor?s degree or higher
? Ability to travel up to 20%
? Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including lookups, formulas, and pivot tables
? Strong analytical skills and creative problem-solving abilities

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Experience with Alteryx and Microsoft SQL Server
? Background in converting data between systems
? Previous involvement in large organization system implementations
? Residing within the East Coast time zone
