Job Description

Requirements

? High School Diploma or equivalent

? Strong computer skills, particularly with data entry software

? Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

? Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

? Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel

? Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Responsibilities

? Enter and update data in various databases with high accuracy

? Verify data by comparing it to source documents

? Review and correct data entry errors, or report them to supervisors

? Maintain confidentiality of data and comply with data protection policies

? Communicate with team members and other departments to resolve data discrepancies

? Participate in team meetings and provide insights on data processes

? Assist in generating reports and data analysis as needed

Educational Qualifications

Experience
