### Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. Previous customer service experience, preferably in the travel or airline industry.

3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.

5. Proficiency with computers and ability to learn new software quickly.

6. Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
