Job Description

As an Airport Customer Service Agent, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive travel experience for our passengers. Your responsibilities will include:
? Assisting passengers with check-in procedures, including tagging and handling baggage
? Providing information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules, delays, and other travel-related inquiries
? Ensuring compliance with all safety and security regulations
? Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
? Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications: ? High school diploma or equivalent ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with ease ? Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail ? Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays ? Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required
