DIGITAL CHAT/TEXT AGENT

Balance of Nature is a whole food supplement company that?s changing the world, one life at a time.

We are looking for a Digital Chat/Ticket Agent to resolve any chats and tickets from our customers in a timely manner. This should result in happy and recurring customers. This position is remote, however, you will need to attend a Full-time training in Saint George, Utah for 4 weeks before you can work remotely.

What you will do:
? Respond to new customers in a timely manner, answering questions about the company, our products, website, handouts, and other health information
? Send possible leads to the New Sales Team
? Assist in setting up new Preferred Customer accounts online upon request from the customer
? Send tickets to the correct departments
? Support the New Sales team by contacting customers and resolving their concerns as needed
? Support customers in placing their first order
? Successfully train and drill with the Digital New Sales Manager to perform to one?s highest potential
? Attend all local staff meetings, department meetings, and team meetings weekly

What we prefer you to bring:
? You must be able to type 50+ words per minute
? You must be able to multitask by holding multiple conversations simultaneously (up to 5?6 at once)
? 1+ years of customer service experience
? Has a self-employed mentality and a strong sense of ethics
? Detail-oriented eye with excellent time management skills
? Professional communication, both verbal and written
? Ability to work in a team environment and create trust with other agents and customers
? Trustworthiness and reliableness

Pay: $15 per hour plus commissions

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
