Job Overview

Availability

Full-time or Part-time (Evenings & Saturdays)

Key Responsibilities
? Deliver engaging and interactive English language lessons tailored to the needs of individual students.
? Facilitate a supportive and encouraging learning atmosphere that promotes student participation.
? Maintain effective communication with students and provide timely feedback on their progress.
? Participate actively in ongoing professional development activities to enhance teaching skills.

Required Skills
? Native English speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
? Strong interpersonal abilities, fostering connections with students from various backgrounds.
? Passionate about teaching and enthusiastic about cultural exchange.

Qualifications
? Completed Bachelor?s degree in Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
? TEFL/TESOL certification or an equivalent qualification.
? A minimum of 100 hours of EFL/ESL teaching experience.
? Reliable internet connection (30 Mbps).
? Located outside of Costa Rica.
