Job Description: We are looking for a friendly and dependable Entry-Level Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to our clients. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact, answering questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive client experience.

Key Responsibilities
? Greet clients and answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
? Address client inquiries and provide accurate information about services and policies.
? Assist clients in completing forms and documentation related to insurance or tax matters.
? Maintain client records by accurately inputting and updating information in the database.
? Resolve client concerns or escalate issues to the appropriate team member for resolution.
? Schedule appointments and manage calendars for the office team.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
? High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework or degree is a plus.
? Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
? Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
? Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
? Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
