Entry Level Customer Service Representative

Job Overview
We are urgently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry Level Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. We are hiring multiple candidates. Duties:

? Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues effectively.
? Utilize computer systems to manage customer accounts and data entry tasks.
? Provide support for sales initiatives by promoting products and services as needed.

Experience:
? Familiarity with computerized systems and office equipment is beneficial.
? Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
? Ability to type efficiently and accurately while managing multiple tasks.
? Experience with cash handling is a plus.
? Bilingual candidates (Spanish) will have an advantage in this role.
