Entry Level Marketing & Customer Service Representative Responsibilities: ? The Entry Level Customer Service Representative will verify confidential customer information and qualify potential customers ? Maintain and update customer information accurately and in a timely manner ? Pay close attention to detail and actively listen to customer concerns to find the best possible solution ? Collaborate with other Entry Level Customer Service Representatives, Enrollment Specialist, Sales Managers, and Marketing team members to come up with creative solutions to further educate community members on the benefits of our program ? Stay updated on new products, service, and benefits we can offer potential new members

Entry Level Marketing & Customer Service Representative Job Qualifications: ? High School diploma or equivalent required ? 0-2 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative, Sales Associate, Volunteering or other related field ? Passionate about making a difference and interacting with the community ? Team oriented with the ability to problem solve independently ? Driven to further one's career and make an impact
