What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Perform a wide range of administrative duties to assist in the escrow process
• Work with borrowers and lenders to obtain necessary items to clear title
• Open orders, input closing statement information, and prepare documents for closing
• Communicate requirements and information to clients regarding transactions
• Interpret agreements related to closing and prepare all necessary documents

What is Required (Qualifications):
• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of escrow-related experience
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and strong organizational skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Knowledge of company and/or client operating systems
• Strong detail orientation and ability to maintain professionalism at all times
