A Tacoma based Financial Retirement Benefits company is looking for a tech savvy Participant Services Associate. Will be trained on proprietary software.

Location: University Place, WA
Position Type: Temp to Hire
Pay: $18/hr
Schedule: 8:00am-5:00pm Monday thru Friday
Job Duties:
? Answer inbound participant calls.
? Assist participants with basic login assistance and website navigation.
? Identify calls needing additional support and handoff to main service team.
? 1-2 years customer service experience.
? Great verbal communication skills.
