Expert-Level Ecommerce Operations Manager (Intern)

We are looking for a highly skilled Ecommerce Operations Manager Intern with a strong foundation in Shopify management, advanced analytics, and process optimization to drive operational efficiency for our growing eCommerce brand. This is an ideal role for someone with prior experience in eCommerce operations and an eagerness to tackle complex challenges in a fast-paced environment. You?ll be integral in overseeing backend operations, enhancing customer experience, and contributing to our growth strategies.

Responsibilities:

1. Advanced Shopify Optimization: Manage and optimize our Shopify store, ensuring seamless integration with suppliers and third-party apps, like Roposo Clout, Supliful Etc, to enhance product delivery and customer satisfaction.

2. Brand Development: Assist in developing a cohesive brand identity, including custom domain setup, brand asset management, and overall site aesthetics for consistent brand representation.

3. Payment Gateway Setup & Management... Configure and manage multiple payment gateways, enabling secure transactions and supporting multi-currency setups to cater to a global audience.

4. Shipping & Tax Compliance: Set up and maintain shipping policies and tax configurations, ensuring compliance with international tax regulations.

5. Multi-Channel Marketing: Collaborate on strategies for Paid Social and Paid Search campaigns, supporting performance tracking to maximize ROAS and reach.

6. Email Marketing & Retention: Utilize email marketing tools to design segmented campaigns, drive customer engagement, and implement retention strategies.

7. Analytics & Performance Tracking: Manage Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and other tracking tools to gather insights, optimize performance, and generate actionable reports.

8. Customer Support & Experience: Set up live chat tools and support CRM integrations, helping develop a customer-centric approach that improves engagement and satisfaction.

9. Legal Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and wellness regulations, data privacy laws, and other eCommerce standards.

10. Conversion Rate Optimization: Implement CRO strategies, including upsell flows, cart recovery tactics, and A/B testing, to enhance user experience and increase conversions.

11. Multi-Channel Integration: Manage integrations with Amazon, eBay, and other marketplaces to expand brand reach and streamline order fulfillment.

Qualifications: ? Proven experience with Shopify management, multi-channel marketing, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel). ? Strong understanding of payment gateway setups, shipping logistics, and tax regulations. ? Familiarity with customer support platforms, CRM systems, and compliance measures. ? Proficiency in email marketing, paid advertising, and CRO techniques. ? Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills. ? Ability to work independently and handle complex operational tasks with minimal supervision.
